There are a number of places with coin-operated web terminals that are worth a shot if you're using a web mail account:
- The Brainwash - Folsom near 7th St, in Soma
- Muddy Waters - Valencia Street near 24th St, in The Mission
- Church Street Cafe - Church Street (around 15th St, I think)
- Cole Valley Cafe - Cole & Waller
The Kinko's chain has net access, and they're open 24 hours. I tend to favor the one at 1967 Market Street, near Duboce.
And there's some other cafes around with some form of net access (at least web terminals):
- Cafe Americana - 968 Valencia, between 20th and 21st ($8 for 60 mins)
- Internet Cafe - Taylor and O'Farrell
- 24 fps Cafe - 610 Geary St, near Leavenworth.
